Site License Do's

• Install EasyWorship on home computers for staff and volunteers so that they can create service schedules in advance.
   

• Use EasyWorship for church sanctioned home or cell groups.
   

• Install EasyWorship to a laptop so one of the church’s staff pastors can minister at another church or conference.
   

• Use EasyWorship at a church sponsored youth or children’s camp, adult retreat or seminar.
   

• Install EasyWorship at an off-site facility that houses the church’s youth, children's or singles program.

Site License Don'ts

• Do not install on a computer used by a church plant.
   

• Do not install on a computer for a location that would be considered a multi-site extension of your church.
   

• Do not install on a computer for a location that would be considered a satellite campus for your church.
   

• Do not install on a computer used by a missionary who is supported by your church.
   

• Do not install on a laptop or desktop for regular, off-site use by a ministry related to the church.
   

• Do not install on a computer used by a parachurch organization supported by your church shortcuts are resolved if possible).
   

• Do not install on a computer used by a separate, off-campus ministry that employs its own staff or has its own offices.

Roaming License Do's

• Install EasyWorship on a laptop belonging to a traveling ministry that is its own entity separate from a supporting church owning EasyWorship. A separate traveling entity would need its own copy of EasyWorship if it has its own 501c3 status or generates its own self-sustaining income or holds regular meetings in multiple locations, i.e., monthly or more.
   

• Install EasyWorship to any number of computers that are being used by the traveling ministry to benefit a single church at a time, assuming that the traveling ministry does not load EasyWorship to any of the local church computers at which it ministers.

Roaming License Don'ts

• Do not permanently install EasyWorship to any of the local church computers where you minister.
   

• Do not install on computers that are concurrently being used away from the site where you are ministering. While the roaming license may cover multiple computers for ministry at a single location, it does not cover computers being used by a separate team belonging to your ministry that is concurrently projecting at a separate location. In this situation, the other team would need to have a separate roaming license.
