ImageVine.com retains the rights of ownership to all Content. You are allowed to use the Content as outlined under Usage. ‘You’ refers to the individual church or organization purchasing the image- the image may be used by several parties within that church or organization, as needed (i.e. projector operator, worship leader, etc.). Content may not be transferred from one church or organization to another.

3.2. Copyright
i) The copyright laws of the U.S. and other countries protect all of the material on the ImageVine Site. You are only allowed to use these materials as indicated by the Terms of Use; other uses are prohibited by copyright laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, published, commercially exploited or otherwise transferred in any copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise.
